In our modern copper coating plant, we produce tire bead wire for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles.

Emcocables S.A. fabricates a wide range of wires for a wide range of springs. These springs are used in various industries, such as the automotive, but mainly the mattress industry.

Mechanical characteristics are obtained by the drawing process but only for diameters greater than or equal to 2 mm. For diameters greater than 2 mm, the wire can go through one or more thermal treatments (patented)

Mattress industry wires are fabricated in concordance with the NTC 684 standard. Automotive wires as well as others are fabricated in concordance with the NTC 114 standard.
